At Kapok, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
